Does the hotel need a deposit or a payment in advance? Most hotels do not require an advance payment or deposit. If they do, you will find the details under 'Hotel Policies' on the hotel's Online Booking page and in your confirmation email. .

What happens if I cancel a booking made with a coupon? We will credit you the amount you paid for your booking, less any applicable fees. Unfortunately, your coupon has then been 'consumed' and cannot be used for a future booking.

What are the "taxes and fees"? The "taxes and fees" charge shown on your booking is a recovery of the estimated transaction taxes (e.g. sales and use, occupancy, room tax, excise tax, value added tax, etc) that Online Booking pays to the hotel supplier in connection with your hotel reservation. It is not tax charged to you by Online Booking on your booking.

How can I see how much a hotel room costs? Once you have entered the dates of your stay, the rates will be clearly displayed along with the available room types.

I am entering my credit card details, when will I pay? You provide your credit card details and they are securely transmitted to the hotel. Payments are taken by the hotel in accordance to the conditions stated on the hotels page and your confirmation email. will never charge your card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Where can I find the hotel's telephone number and/or email address? All of the hotel's details, including telephone and email address, are provided in the online booking confirmation, confirmation email and in My Booking.

How do I know if the hotel has parking facilities and how can I reserve it? Under 'Hotel Facilities' you can see if the hotel has parking, and if any restrictions apply. If the hotel requests that you reserve parking, please contact them directly with the contact information provided in your booking confirmation.

Where is the location of the hotel? On the left hand side of the hotel's Online page you can see a map; by clicking on 'Show Map' you can see the hotel's location. The hotel you are looking at will be tagged in orange; nearby hotels are tagged in blue. Your confirmation email will also contain a link that allows you to map your route to the hotel.

Is there time limit on when I can make a reservation? No, you have the option of making a reservation up to a year in advance or 5 minutes before your arrival date.

What currency will I have to pay in? The currency which you make payment will be the currency of the country where your chosen hotel is located.
